Steve brought everything to the table when it came to finding the right home for me. He was very smart about how to figure out my personal tastes in home by taking what I wanted verbally but then applying it when he searched for possible homes. Most of the time he would judge my reaction when we would tour a home with me and use it to better pick what particular things I keep noticing in homes that I would never mention up front. After finding the perfect home and in the style I was originally looking for he brought his best in the negotiating portion. I was actually fine with what I intended on paying but Steve brought it down to a low that I did not even think was possible. All in all Steve walked me through perfectly from start to finish in my first home purchase here in Louisville.

We were nervous about selling our home, all of the work ahead of us to prepare was simply daunting, we were unsure of the market, and had jobs and toddlers to juggle on top of it all. Steve came for a tour of our home, and room by room he gave us his objective advice on minimal upgrades and repairs that would allow us to prepare to sell.
